My son had displaced his elbow while on vacation in LA. The UC provided the best customer service better than in Phoenix where we live. The Representative was helpful remaining professional, the office was very clean, on time, no rush, the MA and Dr/PA provided the best service. I was worried that it may take atleast 2-3 hrs, but they managed to check my son, take several xrays and even fixed his dislocated elbow and he was able to move his arm, twist, bend and was back to normal. I had a great, fast, and care-free visit earlier today for a per-op blood exam. The technician that took my blood, (I believe her name was Alisa?) was incredible professional and worked very quickly. I would highly recommend this clinic.
