I initially came based off reviews & glad I did. they attended my daughter quickly above & beyond & every staff member was kind. They even did a follow up call which shows patient care is priority.
Friendly staff.
I’m usually always anxious when I go into medical offices so I was obviously very nervous but this urgent care made me feel so comfortable, the nurses were so friendly and made me laugh throughout my time there. The place itself is very neat and clean. The dr was very friendly and communicative with what I had came in for. I didn’t know what pharmacy to go to for medication, the nurse recommended me a nearby target which was so helpful! The staff was very professional and kind. I felt very comfortable in answering their questions. The process was fast and I was in and out within 45 min. This was my first time here and I was from out of state. Highly recommend Urgent Cara Pros.
