My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After calling back and letting them know I returned to my pharmacy where only one of my 2 needed prescriptions was available. I then called again to inform them that the provider only called in one prescription and I was told I’d have to wait as she was with a patient. It wasn’t for a long while after that I returned for a third time to my pharmacy meanwhile I spent the entire day experiencing symptoms because I didn’t have my medication. Very frustrating experience
Urgent Care Pros has become my go-to place when I need medical care. It is so much faster than trying to get a same day appointment with my PCP office or my urologist or ENT. I can pick up my prescription right down the street and start getting better right away. They already have my health history and I am on my way in a short while. They even call to see how I am doing! Friendly, fast and knowledgeable-just what I need.
I needed stitches in my foot. Every employee was fantastic and most helpful. Karen, Caitlin, Evelyn, Mandy were all so great.
