I had a stuffed ear for about 2 months!! Yea I know 2 months. It literally got so stuffed I couldn’t hear a thing, ZERO. I was referred to URGENT CARE PROs by a friend. P.A. Michelle took a look and declared it blocked real good. In came Jean, this guy worked his magic! Omg, in 10 minutes, out came disgusting nastiness and Jean wasn’t stopping there, no way. I’ve been here a couple’s of times and have always had a good experience. A nice added touch is they call you the next day to see how you’re feeling. I would highly recommend them.
Staff was super helpful and patient. They were thoughtful toward my two year old and we would definitely return!
