It was a very good experience and I’m pleased. The staff was friendly and kind. I felt like I was being cared for and that my needs were a priority for them. The issue I came in for was resolved by the knowledgeable medical professionals. Once I was seen I got very individualized and prompt service. I needed to get a prescription and the staff contacted my pharmacy before I left the premises and by the time I got home I could order the meds to be delivered to me the next day. I would highly recommend this urgent care office.
I go right when they open on Saturday mornings and have been treated for mild symptoms of UTIs and BV, both resulting in my medical problems being fixed in a timely fashion. The doctors here are professional and experienced at handling patients and their concerns. They show attention to detail and good bedside manner, taking my requests seriously and offering helpful options for treatment.
