Good experience after a painful surprise! A box cutter in my handbag had somehow shucked off its plastic casing, causing an exposed razor blade to dig deeply into my finger when I reached into the bag. I knew immediately I'd need stitches; I'll spare the details but the way it bled looked like a horror movie special effect. This was the nearest open urgent care facility at that time. Great service and friendly caring staff.
I was seeing at the Playa Vista location on 04/02/2026 for the the Laceration of upper lip. I would like to thank the clinic from the bottom of my heart for their attentiveness, high work ethics and professionalism. I felt that I was treated like a family. The front desk person actually looked at me and took an interest in my situation. it’s ridiculous how it is a waste of your time to go into this facility The doctors seem completely inexperienced and completely scared us that could’ve been avoided just by some simple Home test and sent us to the emergency room were they were ridiculed for their incompetence
