I dont have enough good things to say about this urgent care. They always take great care of us when we have an urgent need. They are also all very knowledgeable and great medical professionals.
I always go to this urgent care if I need to and my experience is always good. Today we had to take my son to get seen and the care was amazing, the doctor was so nice to my son and talked to him the entire time. It was great to see someone in healthcare interact with my son that way. I seriously appreciated it. My kid also got a popsicle which was 10/10 his favorite part of it all.
Everyone I encountered at Urgent Care Wilmington, from front desk to the PA, was professional, very kind and understanding. The large waiting room was bright and comfortable, all the staff were helpful with advice on local places, and made an experience of being sick in an unfamiliar place not so frightening. Highly recommend
Always quick and efficient. The staff is always kind and concerned. The facility is very clean. I highly recommend them!!!
