I love the doctors at Wallace urgent care. They treat you kindly they you’re not there waiting a long time. There are two of the best doctors and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Keep up the good work and the staff. The nurse is windy and can’t remember the other one’s name, but they’re all
Everyone was extremely welcoming and I got taken care of very quickly. I will definitely be returning to this location next time I need to visit an urgent care!
The medical care I've received here over the last seven years has always been excellent, regardless of who the medical provider on staff that day happened to be. That having been said, you may get a serious wait time. My last visit was a 2.5hr wait for a 10 min appointment. They're significantly understaffed on the medical side and a bit heavy on reception. On the flip side, if I was in bad enough shape that a visit required 2+ hours I'd be relieved that an urgent care would actually give that kind of attention when needed. ... read more
It needs to be renamed Eventual Care of Wallace. U nbelievably slow and significantly understaffed. Last visit it was 3 hours before I saw a medical provider. There was one person ahead of me, and they were already with the provider when I arrived. This kind of turnaround time is beyond unacceptable.
