Had a scratch on my eye and was out within 30 minutes with a prescription. Friendly, professional staff. Clean facility. Glad to have found them!
I am so happy this place exists. The staff is wonderful!! Super easy going and helpful! Amazingly clean and really nicely decorated on inside. I would highly recommend as they will fix you up.
My husband and I were in gatlingburg vacationing with our friends recently and we both got sick and had to go to urgent care. Dr.Revill saw us right away and was able to get us medication that helped the both of us get better. we want to thank her for taking care if and making it so we were able to get better snd enjoy our vacation and then be able to drive back home..thank you so much Dr.Revill and urgent care of Gatlingburg Tenn.
On vacation and had a hiking accident in the National Park that took me out. Dr. Johns and her staff were simply incredible--beyond kind and empathetic. She had my x-rays done, gave me a protection boot, & crutches for my travel home (all within 45 minutes). The doctor also gave me thorough details on the fracture, meds, referral, and films to give my ortho. I'm so thankful for them and highly recommend this place for anyone who needs medical attention.
Quick, professional and friendly are the first words that come to mind! Each time I have needed Dr. Johns she has given top notch care. I love the convenience and short wait time.
