Terrible customer service, they didn't even want to look at my son to see what was wrong. We will not come back.
We are out of state and our little got sick (unfortunately ended up testing positive for strep throat), but from the front desk to Dr Jones everything was excellent!! They are super nice and professional. Sent the meds over to the closest Walmart, and everything went smoothly.
They were friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Came in feeling like half death. They were very knowledge and helpful to help me on my way to feeling better for the rest of our stay. Thank you so very much! Highly recommend!
Dr Johns was amazing! Our daughter had fever for 2 days on our trip and we knew that we had to get her well to enjoy the rest of our trip. We arrived at 8:00 when they opened. As soon as Dr Johns looked at her ears she saw she had an ear infection. We were out by 8:30 and on our way to the pharmacy for 9:00. We were able to enjoy the rest of our trip as our daughter felt better within 24 hours. Dr Johns’ bedside manner with my daughter and way of explaining everything to us was excellent. I highly recommend her practice!
