Made an appointment and still had a long over 1 hr wait . Not so “urgent” . Overall staff was nice but literally waited over an hour to be seen

Selected this location for a pre-employment drug screening. Called in advance to make sure I had all the required paperwork and to try and schedule an appointment. Was told on the phone that it would be walk-in only and to come when I can. I arrive to the facility and am told they do not have anyone present that is qualified to perfom the test. Their inability to run a business may very well cost me everything. Please just tell me on the phone next time, as I understand not just having someone on site at all times.
EVERYONE from reception to NP were EXTREMELY nice!! Very refreshing!!
