I live in KC so when I was visiting town and needed an antibiotic for my chronic sinuitis and sinus/ear infection, I sought treatment here. I could not believe an urgent care visit was capable of taking a mere half hour instead of 3 hours. Dr. Khalil, Maria Bailey, PA-C, Larissa and staff were so knowledgeable, welcoming, caring, but most importantly they LISTENED to me. No one knows their health better than the patient themselves. Today, I had an occasion to visit Urgent Care of Neosho, and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The receptionist greeted me with a smile, asked a few questions, and explained that the doctor was running late. She said I was welcome to wait, or go for coffee, and come back in a few minutes; my place in line would be held. I elected to stay, and watched as she showed the same courtesy to others that came in.
