Very Bad service at the front desk in De Soto
Absolutely disgusting bedside manner.
i’ve been here twice now once for gashing my finger open they acted like i was dumb for coming in. second time i went in bc i was 90% sure i had a concussion because i have an outstanding balance they refused to see me. keep in mind i have NEVER gotten a bill for this. so how was a suppose to know. the front desk acted more concerned on talking to someone else who had walked in. definitely plan going to my works urgent care or advent healths. sadly thought that the one in town was more convenient but i was wrong.
