They have a young lady at the counter who apparently feels all patients are hard of hearing. She talks extremely loud and before you know it, every patient in the lobby knows your insurance carrier as well as why you are there to see the Dr. (hippa laws)..Since when is it the front desks business why you seeing the Dr? The Dr is great however that one person at the front desk is the reason I will never return.
RecommendedThey are good folks, attentive, willing to work with you on collaborative solutions. They will work with you to treat acute medical complaints, but they are even better at supporting well living.
Close their doors and never open them again. I had the most horrible experience I've ever had at a doctors office. I will never step foot in there again and if you are smart neither will you.
Today was my first appointment with Woodstock Family Practice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The PA and lab tech were so friendly and put me at ease. I highly recommend this practice.
Love Dr Lee and his current PA. Getting prescription refills is a nightmare.
So glad to have Woodstock Family Practice and Urgent Care as an option again with my new health insurance. We really missed this team when we had a change in insurance two years ago. Love the knowledge and care that we receive from Dr. Lee and his staff! Happy to be back!
