I have an upper respiratory issue and saw Anna yesterday. She was very thorough with my exam and I truly appreciate the time and care I received.
THEY ARE AMAZING! I went in as a new patient and so I had to fill out all the paperwork and expected to wait a while. There were at least 5 people ahead of me but I was in an exam room within 10 minutes of walking in the door. My nurse (Amanda) kept things moving and I was talking to Dr Beale in no time. I had to give blood and that is usually a trial and error job requiring multiple sticks before nurses can hit a vein BUT Amanda is a rock star! Used to LOVE this place until today. It has been mine and my family's go to urgent care. Went today to be seen because I'm sick. Stuffy, cough, and very heavy chest. When I got there, I was told I have. A balance to be paid which is perfectly fine. Like $96 or similar. Plus I have a copay. No problem. But then I was told my husbands balance is like $300, and I can't be seen unless his balance is also paid when he's not even there to be seen. I had the most amazing experience at fairhope urgent care. I was in town for work and googled “nearest urgent care” en route I was vomiting on hwy 98 with what they determined to be the Flu B within 45 mins I was in and out! Anna, i believe was her name. Nurse Practitioner, she was so kind to me I could have stayed under her care for the duration of this nasty virus. I so deeply wish i experienced urgent cares to this standard in my hometown. Thank you all for your patience, care and hospitality for the sick.
