This place was supposed to open 15 minutes ago and there is not a soul in the place. What kind of urgent care can't keep their posted hours!!! Ridiculous!!!
I went here in June 2023 because I had tested positive for COVID. They made a copy of my insurance card but still haven’t filed the claim. I was overcharged for my copay. The only means of contacting “billing” is email. So when I emailed them about a refund, I was told that after my claim has been processed they will refund me. Well as of today and FOUR emails, they still have not filed my claim. I wouldn’t advise anyone to go here. I called urgent care twice to ask a question and get some answers and the receptionist hung up on me twice. She didn’t even let me finish my question. Bad customer service skills.
READ THE REVIEW!!! INSANE! I’ve never had issues here and had nothing but great experiences with the staff. (My name is Ariana- in case you want to look me up and confirm I’ve went here.) After coming here 2-3 times before and waiting every single time for you guys to open at some random time and then waiting today for 15-20 minutes outside, I decided to read the reviews. Doctor is not at the facility and you are not informed prior to your visit. He was 40 mins late to the now telehealth appointment. He threw some antibiotics at an issue that did not need them and spent zero time with his online assessment. The front desk employee was very nice. I do not recommend if you actually want to see a doctor.
