I called first to ask some questions, and the medical assistant (Erin) made the first impression. She was so helpful and pleasant. I went to the office a little later and she said - did you call earlier? I can’t remember a time I felt more welcomed when I was feeling like I got hit by a train. The PA Kimberly was thorough and kind and was collaborative in my care. The office was clean and I will definitely go back if the need arises.
My experience at this Urgent Care was exceptional! The first thing I noticed is how clean it is. The staff that worked with me (Becca/Erin) were great! My concern was addressed, and the appropriate actions were taken to get me back on track!
I had Amazing care here on December 15,2024 3 pm I had a bad cough with my asthma and the front desk and the Nurse and Ashley that took care of me with the steroid shot and breathing treatment and had very great professional help there! I am telling all my FB pals & my Friends & Family & Neighbors if your ever in a need to be seen for emergency care go to this Place! they are AMAZING!
First time being here today, the staff was incredibly nice, professional and knowledgeable from when I walked in until I walked out. Very clean facility and also very comfortable being in there. The doctor was very friendly and knew exactly what I needed to help me. I would recommend this place to everyone, including my mom which I did on the phone on my way home. 10/10.
