Went because something popped in my hand which thumb is swollen, deformed and painful. After being there a little over a hour and a half, seen a provider roughly 3 minutes, a brace was placed despite telling them that made it hurt worse, left without any instructions on wearing the brace or what possibly happened to my hand.
Had the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any medical professional in my life with NP Stacie Zais. My 11 month has been sick for weeks. He has a cough that has gotten progressively worse to where he'll cough for a minute straight and can't breathe and we contacted his primary care doctor last night and he advised us to take him to get tested for pertusis. Firstly I'm so glad I didn't listen to all the negative nellies on here from previous reviews. Look I get it, the whole medical industrial complex in the area has effectively been kneecapped after the one system shut down in 2024, but y'all seem a little extra critical, and a little less than thankful for what you do have when just 3 to 4 a short years ago you'd have been championing for respecting medical providers and thanking them as if they were service members.
