I am a Veteran’s Affairs patient that was given verbal orders to go to the ER for an iron infusion as the Chippewa VA does not offer that service. The closest VA facility that does that is in Minneapolis. I waited 3 hours (not an issue because I wasn’t emergent). When I went back, I was told they can’t do an iron infusion in the ER. Takes way too long
We have literally been here since 1130. It’s now 238 as I’m writing this and nothing is happening. No one is moving yet they continue doing triage. Humm maybe we will just die at home.. I’ll update as we go.
Go somewhere else. This urgent care is a joke. They take their sweet time and you will wait a minimum of 3 hours. Don’t care what issue you have. Ask the nurse and they just say they’re busy. I’ve been here twice now and this is it. Actually waiting as I type this review. About to leave. Would rather risk dying than sit here and wait for these people
