Everyone was so kind and friendly and their check-in process was so efficient! We came to the walk-in with a sick kid and they took great care of us in such a personable way.
Had a chunky laceration from skiing that needed stitches and the team at Ludlow was awesome. We called ahead to confirm they had room, and even with a full house they were able to see me within 2 hours. It's not a 24/7 place, but the people there are great and honest about expectations
Very positive experience
Went there sick with an oncoming upper respiratory infection the day before leaving for a vacation and had to literally BEG the doctor for an antibiotic. He didn't think I was sick enough to warrant an antibiotic and wanted to send me for a chest x-ray. This seems to be the modus operandi of the Springfield Medical System. Went on another date to the Springfield office and was DENIED antibiotics. Again told I wasn't sick, only to have to go back again a few days later, when I was extremely ill.
