I can never get a booking for treatments that I bought and when it no, they end up canceling and asking me to reschedule. I’m trying to get my money back for the remaining treatments and they haven’t been responsive. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go. Not only that, I was got burned the very first treatment they gave me.
Booked services on two separate occasions; received text and email confirmations…when I went to the appointment, the door was locked and no one answered the phone. Waste of time.
I showed up for my appt that I traveled over an hour in total for to find that the place was closed for renovations. I tried reaching them by phone and email numerous times and could not get through. I would’ve greatly appreciated them canceling my appt before closing the spa to spare me, and I’m sure many others, my time and money.
I have to say I absolutely loved it here. I have been getting botox and filler for quite a while and this was my first experience here. The receptionist was very friendly and kind. My injectionist Christine was nothing short of AMAZING! I had botox and lip filler. She was very gentle. I have to say that my lips came out GORGEOUS! I will definately be returning again. Thank you all for an amazing experience
