I can never get a booking for treatments that I bought they always end up canceling and asking me to reschedule. I’m trying to get my money back for the remaining treatments but they haven’t been responsive. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go. Not only that, I was got burned the very first treatment they gave me.

Booked services on two separate occasions; received text and email confirmations…when I went to the appointment, the door was locked and no one answered the phone. Waste of time.

I showed up for my appt that I traveled over an hour in total for to find that the place was closed for renovations. I tried reaching them by phone and email numerous times and could not get through. I would’ve greatly appreciated them canceling my appt before closing the spa to spare me, and I’m sure many others, my time and money.
