These people do not answer their phones, then you're told that the doctor is going on lunch (totally understandable), but if they answered, they could have said that instead of wasting people's time and transportation. I told the receptionist they didn't answer, and I wish I knew beforehand. She said absolutely nothing and went on her so called day, didn't care at all. Please get better folks filled in this position.
Short wait to see doctor and office staff and medical assistant was very helpful and friendly. The doctor was great and gave me the antibiotics that I needed. Very pleasant experience!
No one picks up the phone. Horrible!
