I needed to get care because of an infected mosquito bite. I read some reviews that were less than stellar, but because I am a member and needed to be seen, I decided to give it a try. I was seen by a very caring Dr, who took his time and went over my meds and my allergies to a lot of antibiotics. He finally said he had one that I shouldn’t be allergic to it. First time at this facility, overall it was a positive experience. I was attended very swiftly and received my diagnosis and treatment promptly. Staff helped me when I couldnt figure out next location I was supposed to head to. Thankyou to Dr. Amery Chen for helping me!
Horrible experience waiting for hours to get seen by an incompetent doctor who ignored my symptoms. 4 hours!! Not so urgent care for sure. Don’t waste your time or money here and go someplace else.
I would like to thank and commend the entire staff and especially Dr. Avery Chen. I only waited one to two minutes to be seen. I had a CT scan several minutes later , the results and the much needed remedies for my situation . This was on Firday afternoon, the Friday before Memorial Day weekend and this entire staff was professional , efficient, and caring. What more can I say. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Ed P.
