7pm and not busy all. Literally no one here but us. Best time to come in! Never waited more than an hour for something simple.
Stopped at Kaiser Urgent care Sunday morning As soon as they are open . Still waited 2 hours.
I was directed to go here after speaking with a representative over the phone to get a work status report. I went to urgent care and the registered nurse working in the front spoke with me about my reason for visiting. When I told her she was very belittling and talked down to me. She made me feel very uncomfortable when I was already dealing with my own medical issue. I came back from an international trip and had what I thought was an ear infection. So I sat down and literally 2 minutes later I was called in to take my vitals and weight the nurse was very professional and nice. She brought me back to the a room and the doctor came back in minutes later to look in my ear and said cant get a good look and sent the nurse in to flush out my ear.
