Today I went to urgent care with my son. When I checked in, the older lady at the front desk, whose name I believe was Kimberly, was very rude and gave me an attitude in front of my child. I accidentally stood in the line designated for appointments. Instead of politely informing me that I was in the wrong line, she spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner. Polite, helpful staff. Both times we have been we were seen quickly. Nurses, doctors, and pharmacy employees have been welcoming and supportive.
Made me wait in agony. Was not responsive and did not use anything to call people. Do not go here if you can. Subpar
