Terrible place I went in cause I’m having chest pain and I wanted to see a doctor and the lady at The front desk in urgent care told me that there’s nothing they can do that. I have to go to St. Mary’s Hospital. I can’t believe I pay for Kaiser and they don’t even help you for anything waste of money.
Got there right at 9am with severe bronchitis….in and out with X-rays and meds by 10:45. Some days I have waited much longer. Not a perfect system considering this is the only Kaiser urgent care for the Victor valley. Staff, nurses and Dr were kind and patient. Not their fault it’s this way so try to keep that in mind. Try going to work everyday knowing you will be yelled at for things that you have no control over.
Was expecting a long wait and apathy but instead was seen to promptly and greeted with a smile. My concerns were addressed and in the case of one accommodated. Prior to leaving my prescription was promptly filled. All in all it was pleasant.
Urgent care being opened at 9 am is a joke. People have sick kids and work. Who Wants to go to urgent care at 9 am. If you woke up sick you wanna go when you wake up. But you open at banking hours.
