I got billed 998.97$ for a COVID test at the urgent care! It took them 2 hours to do a COVID test. The billing department doesn't even pick call. On September 7th, I visited the Urgent Care at Kaiser Permanente Capitol Hill Campus because it was the nearest facility open at 8 AM PST. Before heading there, I called to check if there was any wait time, and the front desk operator assured me there wasn't. SAVE YOUR MONEY BUT SAVE YOURSELF ESPECIALLY! I'm so glad I have Kaiser, I’ll never have to worry about saving for retirement because with their negligence? I won’t live long enough. When your dentist is getting ready to write a “Doctor’s note” because after 4 years? Kaiser is so NEGLIGENT OR DISHONEST, they’re unwilling or unable to diagnose a simple infection (go look at Kaisers CA for malpractice of patients with infections, they’re being sued REPEATEDLY) . I was visiting Seattle from California. I developed fever, headache, and whole body aches for four days. I decided to go see a doctor on the fifth day. I have to say that I received A+ service at this urgent care. The checkin person, triage nurse, my nurse Mark and my Dr. Willow were nothing but excellent and compassionate health workers. I called to ask if they could see me for an infected tooth. My dentist office was closed for some reason, and my primary doctor was also out. The rep I talked to told me they don't take Medicade, which was a lie, and sounded like she was on something. Steer clear of that place. They are not helpful.
