First -a caveat - this is not one of KP's "advanced" urgent care centers so verify that they can address your issue when you make an appt. In Dec 2023, I was bit by an unknown dog and scheduled an appt and explicitly said I wanted a rabies shot. The KP scheduler didn't say that only advanced care has that, nor did Camp Springs contact me in advance to note that. They should demolish the building with the employees inside
Was bit by a dog and could not get info on vax/health so I scheduled urgent care slot for rabies shot. I provided all my details and they knew I was coming for a rabies shot. However, when I arrived, the staff said the pharmacy did not have the rabies vax and I would need to go to another urgent care. I had to go to another KP urgent care as a walk-in and got my shot seven hours after my appt at Camp Springs. Silver lining - three days left in open enrollment to dump Kaiser, which continues to prove fairly useless and stressful when I actually need more than a flu shot or annual exams.
