I've never seen more incompetent medical care before. lack of respect and they want to treat absolutely everything as covid, so prepare yourself to be sent to a covid room if you want to be treated and have 1 of the many many symptoms such as fatigue even if you have had it for a few years now, they will send you to a covid room or kick your butt out of the clinic with the worst attitude ever.
I needed urgent care n they tried making me wait outside in the parking lot for a couple of hours . I had severe swimmers ear . I have seen animals being treated better . the actual nurse was very nice but the receptionists were very rude
Garbage place. you will be waiting 3 plus hours for somone to see you in your hot boiling car they DO NOT CARE. they will hang up on u if they have "to many" people to help you will get ignored. rude. i will never ever go there agein. treated my family like crap.
My son was sick and denied service here, even if he took the corona test and was negative. He had no fever or cough and needed to be SEEN by a DR not on a cell phone. We were sent here by our primary dr for sinus throat infection. Was given misinformation about the ER too.
