My first time booking an appointment with them for my son because he has an ear infection it says to arrive 10 minutes early if your new patient so I did I’ve been waiting there for over 40 minutes for them to call me and tell me that they couldn’t get the door open. I understand things happen but when I arrived, everybody was just standing outside like they’ve been waiting there for a while just waiting.

Awesome service, awesome staff!
Arrived at 12:15pm they were not opened I waited about 15 more minutes no one ever opened. They have a paper at the door that stated they opened from 12pm-8pm. I had to go elsewhere with my daughter.
I will never go here again!!! I took my 4 year old here for sore throat with WHITE SPOTS AND HIGH FEVER.. it’s doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that’s strep or SOME KIND OF INFECTION.. she would not treat my child cause the rapid test came back negative send my baby home still in pain no medicine!!! I took her to another urgent care the nurses looked at her throat and IMMEDIATELY told me she has strep and put her on antibiotics!!! Just a shame nurse NP Megan Savery!!!
