Be sure you ask if a doctor is on duty and if he will exam you. They did not tell me the doctor I was returning to see was not on duty and not available. I went to this facility and received excellent treatment by Dr. Hill and was told to return and see him if my ear condition did not clear up. When my wife called and asked if I could see Dr. Hill she was told to send me on in. When I arrived I told them I was there to see Dr. Hill and filled out paper work and waited.
