When you call there are people hang up on you when you go there you have to wait at least 2 hours to see your position when you have a scheduled appointment it's a terrible place unacceptable Dr plymale is not listening to patients. My mother of 75 years old almost died do to his inability to give her care. I took her to the hospital in las cruces NM and she if I didn't bring her there that moment she would have died.

This is NOT a walk-in Urgent Care! This is a primary care physician’s office where you make an appointment. Good thing we called before we drove 90 minutes to get there! And yes they should change the name of the business.

We checked in for a appoint at noon at 11:30 weren't seen for well beyond a hour and a half passed that

NOT GOOD. The older front desk lady needs to be trained or replaced. She hasn't gotten a single one of my appointments or referrals correct, resulting in added stress, wasted trips, lost hours of my life, and delayed diagnosis / degraded value of care. Ive heard the doctors are great, I wouldnt really know since Ive only had once successful visit out of 3. 4 stars as a show of good faith, based on what I have heard, not what I have experienced. I will update my review and rating if my experience changes.
