When I contacted the clinic, I experienced rude and unprofessional behaviour from the reception staff. Instead of assisting me with my inquiry, they were dismissive and unhelpful. The tone of their response made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I believe patients deserve courtesy and respect, and I was disappointed by the way I was treated.

Went here today and the service was awful. The place was literally empty yet no one was at the front desk. After signing in I got through fast which is the only good thing. Doctors care was shitty. She didn't introduce herself and allow me to even explain what's wrong. They have a strict 1 concern policy which is shitty because symptoms can be connected. There's no room for actual conversation.
