fantastic service from the lady on reception through to the doctor. Took our sons injuries very seriously, whilst making us both feel very comfortable and at ease. Special shout out to the lady on reception, keep up the great work guys.
Got seen within 30 minutes for my splinter. The doctor was kind and delicate when removing it too. The nurse at the reception was also nice. Overall good experience!
Not happy with the triage process. We arrived before 7pm and were not seen until just before closing time at 9pm. We were referred straight to Royal Perth Hospital Emergency.
Beware of this practice. My sister presented with chest pain, shortness of breath and what felt like a weight on her chest laying down. She was sent home with prednisolone as doc heard a crackle on her lung. No bloods, no x-ray... nothing. It was a heart attack. Disgraceful
