Don't waste your time here, especially if you have a serious medical issue. The doctor I saw had no idea whether the medication she was prescribing would interact with the other medications I'm taking, which is a serious concern. On top of that, the waiting time is always over two hours. You're honestly better off going to an Emergency Department, where you'll likely get more appropriate medical advice.

Unfortunately needed to go to this clinic today. The triage nurse was incredibly rude and dismissive - really made me feel like I was a nuisance for attending. Dr Waly however was great - thorough, empathetic and kind, and keen to help me get the right treatment. It’s really important for healthcare staff to remember that no one is going to urgent care for the fun of it… perhaps that nurse is in the wrong career. 🤷‍♀️ Next to no wait time and the Dr was lovely.

I went in for an ear infection, paid $80, and waited an hour — for an appointment that lasted barely 2 minutes. The doctor prescribed antibiotics without even bothering to examine the wound. One week later, with zero improvement, I ended up with a cartilage infection — something far more serious than it ever should have been. Completely unacceptable for the price and wait time. I would not recommend this clinic if you actually want to be properly examined !!
