I have come here a handful of times when I couldn't get to a closer walk-in clinic. It's great that there's a place I can go evenings and weekends when I have a more urgent issue that can't wait till the next business day. I feel very comfortable here and staff are very caring and knowledgeable. I'm sure they have to deal with a very difficult job and a lot of stress but they handle it very well and have always been kind to me with attention to detail and never making me feel rushed.

I sliced the tip of my thumb pretty deep with a box cutter and I could separate it a few mms which is a pretty deep cut. The doctor came, looked at it for 2 seconds and said we can do stitches or glue which is understandable. My issue is that he did not even try to clean, disinfect or sterilize it and when I asked him to do it, he gave it the slightest wipe without cleaning any of the blood off, he just glued on top of the dried blood. I could have done that myself instead of wasting my time here
