Waited two hours to see a doctor for a possible concussion and ringing in my ears just to be told it’s anxiety or stress and the prescription is to try to “calm down”. Can we please try something to improve women’s healthcare? I can’t believe we’re still doing “hysteria” diagnosis for female health in 2026. I barely even got an examination. I brought my child to Urgent Care because I was very concerned after my child had been experiencing diarrhea for a week. The physician who saw my child was Dr. Paul Perlon. After waiting for approximately two hours, we were finally seen by the doctor. However, the entire consultation was extremely brief. The only advice we received was to give my child easily digestible foods, such as bananas, to help with the diarrhea. The doctor then attempted to examine my child. I had an incredible experience at this Urgent Care Centre.Christine and Michelle were absolutely wonderful. Their attitude towards patients is outstanding—they were incredibly patient, kind, and highly efficient. They made me feel so comfortable and cared for during a stressful time.Dr. Augustine was also amazing, providing top-notch medical care with great professionalism.Thank you all for your dedication and exceptional service. Highly recommend this team!
Came here twice and both times from waiting to being seen were less than an hour. Was seen by the triage nurse and doctors pretty fast. Helpful and friendly staff/doctors and it's nice to have access to when our family doctor isn't available for more urgent concerns. I recommend going right when they open for less wait times as it can get quite busy.
