Rude staff, greasy slob they call Dr. Evans, doesn't care, just wants to write prescriptions, must wait 7 days for copy of file for 2 visits, 9 days later, still not ready! Dirty horrible place!
Where to start. 1 star due to the inability to rate negative stars. Front desk receptionist; rude as hell. "Nurse"; incredibly ungroomed, looked as if she just came into work from a night at the dirtiest bar and/or coming off a meth bender. The positive to this facility though; it's yucca so it's what you're expecting. Next time I'll just go play in traffic instead of coming here.
I had a great care starting from the from desk to the doctor. Dr. Victores was very thorough on his physical exam and diganosis, explained to me my disease and treatment. I got better now. I will definitely return here.
I was visiting Joshua Tree Park and didn't want to go to the emergency room. Luckily someone told me about the Urgent Care. Dr. Sanvictorous was Excellent. A real doctor and not just staff helped me out. The Staff also was very nice and personable. Overall, a very good place and I would recommend it to everyone.
