I've taken my young daughter there twice. Both times it was the same Doctor who apparently doesn't believe in antibiotics. Both times I've had to take my child back in elsewhere the same day or the next and illnesses were found each time that required treatment. It's not always viral guys.
I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for help. Doctor was sanctimonious, intake "nurse" answered all the intake questions with the answers she preferred. Seriously, go elsewhere.
Came into the urgent care with my 9 month old son who had a sinus infection, pretty bad one at that. They didn't prescribe him any meds which I understood, but they said to call in 3 days if it hasn't gotten better or if it got worse. Well 3 days is up, we call around 6pm and the lady who answered was very rude and said we can leave a message and someone would call back... you guessed it, no one called back. We then called again around 8pm and got put into a voicemail and left a voicemail. No call back again. So the next mor... read more
I went for an ear infection saw the doctor for a total of two minutes- and he suggested I clean my ear out with qtips! Children know you don't even use qtips. My ear is too swollen to get anything in there and so now it's getting worse. The med aides or whoever they are were rude and you could tell they'd rather be doing something else. I got no hello how r u? Instead just a dirty look and do this do that. Wasted my time and money and for what? Very ignorant facility. Don't go here.
This urgent care center, and the others run by the company in the city are staffed by incompetent physicians would are most likely to recommend that you go to the emergency room while providing no treatment. They will, however, bill you the full price for a visit. The lack of empathy or caring is astounding. There are better urgent care facilities in the area. I would recommend that you go to another.
I used the Urgent Care facility on 167th St on July 4 for a severe rash. I will save my time and go to the emergency room next time. The care I recieved was horrible. I had to go to my own doctor a couple days later because my condition go worse instead of better. My doctor was amazed that they didn't give me a shot or provide a strong enough medication to prevent the rash from spreading. The doctor on duty was more interested in what they were going to order for breakfast then treating his clients. Receptionist, was only co... read more
