it says that they’re open until 6:30 PM on weekdays, but the front desk isn’t willing to help once it’s past 5:30 PM because they’re already trying to leave. I came in for a medical issue and was told to come back the next day for sick call because they decided it wasn’t important enough to be seen. disappointing experience and poor patient service
Front desk is friendly, but this place is a waste of time. Doctors don't want to check throughly and don't want to do testing. They misdiagnosed my child and ended up going to the ER for care and treatment instead. I don't recommend this place to anyone who has babies and toddlers.

Nothing urgent about it
Been there twice and had a terrible experience both times. The doctor barely look into my symptoms and told me it was something I needed to talk to my PMC about. The other time my son had Covid and couldn’t sleep because he was coughing so much. They told us there’s nothing they could do and sent us away. The next night we ended up in the ER, yes he did have Covid plus a cold but they gave him some steroids to help his cough settle and he finally got a good nights rest.
