All previous reviews are accurate, I don’t even know why this place still exists. Urgent care is what they advertise not what they provide. I was turned away for a simple procedure that would’ve taken 5 minutes and was forced to seek outside treatment and pay out of pocket. Thanks for that. This has been the case since my last tour back in 2018. Something needs to be done this can’t be the standard
This place has put me through the wringer and given me more inaccurate information in one day than I could have ever predicted. I called the Schofield Urgent Care Center to see if they did pregnancy tests before going to the clinic and was informed that they did the urine tests. I went to the clinic and the woman at the front told me they would not be able to give me the test unless I were experiencing symptoms. Great professionalism from staff. Dr Kwon was knowledgeable beyond most Drs on less known diagnosed issues. Zero wait time this morning.
I’m writing this review because my experience at Adventist Health Castle Urgent Care Pearl City on March 7th was outstanding—especially in comparison to the disappointing service I received at Desmond Doss Urgent Care on February 26, 2025, around 6:15 p.m. I initially chose Desmond Doss due to its proximity, but after the poor care my son received there, I opted to take him to Adventist Health instead.
