I took my Wife to Canton Urgent Care 1/6/2026 for fever and flu Symptoms. She was the only One in the waiting room and it still took over an hour to be seen by a hateful Nurse Practicer who told us she could not prescribe any medicine because she had a common cold. So this was a wasted Trip with no medical care and no medicine ... NOTHING On January 28 2026 we got a bill from Haywood Regional MC for $1,047.56 !! FOR WHAT ?? TO BE TOLD SHE HAS A COMON COLD !! Excellent care for my husband who was very sick. Front desk, nurses, and NP were professional and caring . His evaluation was very comprehensive and explanations were thorough and clear. The recommendation for hospitalization was very strong and may have saved my husband's life! We are so grateful to this staff for the outstanding quality of care they provide!
