Arrived with a neck injury. Only one other patient there. Waited in waiting room approx. 15 minutes (no problem) moved to room #1. There I sat for over ONE HOUR without a single nurse or doctor entering the room. I could hear the nurses laughing and talking at the nurses counter like they were on break. After one hour, I walk out and left building. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Not sure who owns this facility but get it together or close!
As I was in the room waiting for my results I could hear all of the staff talking horrible about all of the patients that was there. That is very unprofessional.
Worst experience, me and my wife went in with symptoms of rsv which we came in contact with someone that has rsv we have a newborn and wanted to make sure that we do or don’t have rsv and we was denied the test and was told it’s pointless when we’re just wanting to make sure and do what’s best for our daughter we said we would pay the hundreds of dollars for the test that the doctor was saying and trying to make excuses for and after we said we would pay we was still denied by Jamie a doctor at the the urgent care facility e... read more
All of the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. Attending Medical provider Lisa Jernigan and her staff worked aginst challenges to provide much needed medical care, transforming my past three days of moderately - high disabling incapacity to restoration with only sneezes remaining 24 hours later. Thank you so much for your knowledge, skill and dedication.
Second time here, both times have included some of the longest waits I have experienced at a doctor's office. They don't make you wait in the waiting room though. They trap you in one of the rooms in the back so you feel like you are stuck til a doctor comes. Over 3 hour wait this time and last. Learned my lesson to never come back here.
