Came in with my son at 730 asked if they did xray right at the counter we already new his colar bone was broke right from the start you could see the Dr look at the clock wanted to be out on time at 8 gave us a wild excuse and ultimately ended up sending us to er don't waste your time unless you want your insurance double billed the er staff was great did the xray and told us what we already new this I will never us this urgent care again.
Been here for over an hour to get blood work done. Watch 7 people come and go since I've been here. And the gentlemen sitting next to me has been waiting for 3.5hrs to get blood work done. This is ridiculous....
Got in quickly. Everyone was very helpful!
For the length of time we've been here, I may as well have just gone to our normal pediatrician.
So sad that this is the best they have to offer. Receptionist department needs a complete overhaul. I swear they don't even realize they work for a hospital. PATHETIC AND A WASTE OF TIME
