On 1/30/25 at 6:30 pm, i went to urgent care for a laceration that had not stopped bleeding after 2 hrs. After signing in, I was seen by an RN nurse and then an NP. Both were very professional, friendly, and put me at ease. The NP was able to stop the bleeding, wound was wrapped and follow up instructions given. I realize the wait time is dependent on patient volume but I would not hesitate to recommend this urgent care or return myself if needed. I'm glad there is an alternative to the emergency room.
PA was thorough. Worth the wait. Very nice people.
Had a 3.5 hour wait for my 4 year old son. The nurse ask my son if someone at home hurts him. While waiting to see the doctor my son needed tissues, they had none in the room. I stepped out and someone said "your next we will be right with you," assuming I was going to complain about the wait. Then I was judged by the PA for bringing him in the first day he was sick, and I "shouldn't push antibiotics. This is what I do for my children..., it has to run it's course." The slowest urgent care I have ever been to in my entire life. Nothing like losing the whole day and not even being that busy. Will not go back
