My husband and I both have been sick. We went to the Urgent Care here and saw Dr. Clayton Van Belen. We both left extremely pleased with a wonderful experience. We wish we had him for our all time provider! The service was prompt and staff all very polite and helpful. Including the lab department and Pharmacy. Actually this Pharmacy was much cheaper than most others and quick! Definitely will be going back when needed!! Hopefully getting to see this same Dr!! ♥️ Thank you Avera Urgent Care!
Worst experience of my life! I fractured my rib in Jamaica 10 days ago along with that I have a terrible sinus infection where I am coughing nonstop I went into urgent care because I cannot stand the pain anymore and I am a stay at home mom of six children and every time I cough sneeze go to the bathroom or move. I am crying in pain, I’ve been taking Tylenol and ibuprofen and doing ice packs and even heating pads and different creams Nothing was working. Appreciated the urgent care availability on a sat morning- less wait time than when i have appt during the week was a positive experience- my concern was eliminated by negative lab test and i went home knowing that rest and tylenol would take care of the pain without concerns of getting worse and missing work on monday.
