They are currntly screwing up my billing and cant talk to anyone. I just keep getting sent to voicemail
Scheduled an appointment for my daughter and got a message to check in at kiosk. After fighting with it for a while it never let me check in it just shows 2 other peoples names. After getting checked in and waiting in waiting room I proceeded to watch people after me experience the same issues with the kiosk. The one lady that got it to work then gave the receptionist a hard time about checking in because they had already used the kiosk. I don’t understand the point of checking in twice. I love Slocum-Dickson Urgent Care! They are my go to every time! I have a severe medical condition and they have "saved" me time and again. The medical staff, nurses and doctors are all excellent! I really shouldn't give this like of a review, everyone but Dr Alenia was great. I had a temp of 102 my throat was red and swollen. Because the rapid test for strep came back negative he only gave me prednisone which he failed to call into my pharmacy. I had to call and get the prescription sent which I never got until the next day. Of course my throat was getting worse with no help. All of the nurses are so nice, and all of the providers are very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Alinea is a fantastic doctor and a remarkable human being. Thank you to all the staff for what you do.
