I had an extremely frustrating and concerning experience at this urgent care facility. A couple of nights prior, I was admitted to the ER with seizure-like symptoms caused by low electrolytes. The ER doctor did a phenomenal job stabilizing me, but a few days later my symptoms returned and worsened, including severe neck muscle spasms and heavy dizziness. Outstanding facility. Everyone was incredibly friendly and highly professional, the check in girl, the nurse, the PA and the pharmacy team. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.
Absolutely the best medical experience I’ve ever had. Everyone on staff from the receptionist to the doctor who saw me (Deseree was her name I believe. Sorry for bad spelling, you were wonderful) was attentive, caring and so sweet. Came in with a broken foot. They offered me a wheel chair, ice and gave me some meds to help with pain. Did X-rays, gave me a boot and crutches with follow up info and access to my X-rays. A longer wait is to be expected in places like this…I don’t understand why people complain about it. I was here on vacation and had to be seen at Urgent Care. What a great experience, hardly no wait time, friendly and welcoming staff. The nurse PC was wonderful!! Got me on the right path for my issue, even called a couple of days later to check on me !!!
If I could give 100 stars instead of 5, I would. I got gasoline in my face at the gas station. When I turned to the staff for help from this Hospital, they showed genuine care and concern, as well as great professionalism. I was afraid I would lose my sight, but they saved me. Thank you!
