The doctor that helped me Benjamin Bautista did a great job, 5 stars. However, Ascension itself does a terrible job when it comes to billing and I would not recommend coming here unless you want the headache of dealing with duplicate claims.
My daughter visited the Richmond St. urgent care in early December. This location is dirty and run down for the most part; the person at the front desk was either not properly trained or was incompetent as we gave them our insurance card two separate times and they still did not bill our insurance. The front desk person also entered her name into their system backwards, ie: listed her last name as her first name, and vise versa. Me and My partner came to get checked out, we got split up and I was treated by a lovely lady named Sarah Grunke, very nice and sweet however, my partner was treated by Gregory Hunter and I must say, DO NOT GET TREATED BY HIM. He refused to give a doctor's note, he talked over my partner the entire time and he treated my partner less then. I would say to fire him but I'm better then that. GREGORY HUNTER IS A JOKE DOCTOR AND DO NOT GET TREATED BY HIM. HE WILL IGNORE YOU AND TELL YOU TO NO DO SOMETHING THEN SAY IT'S GOOD FOR YOU. HE WILL PRESCRIBED MEDS IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD IT. HE WILL NOT GIVE YOU A NOTE SO YOU DON'T GET FIRED FROM WORK. DO NOT GET TREATED BY THIS JOKE.
