I visited this "Urgent Care" clinic on a Saturday as my primary care is in the same building. BEWARE: they do not bill you as an Urgent Care visit. I have been fighting with for >3 months now to remove the "Hospital facility charge" and bill me at the contracted rate for urgent care with my insurance ($100 copay vs their $267 charge). I have filed "feedback" via the online link and have asked for a resolution within 30 days or I will be filing a grievance with the Wisconsin Officer of the Insurance Commission. They don't know what insurance company to bill and when you try to call billing you're transfered to some overseas third party service that can't help you either. Absolutely ridiculous and I am sorry I went here.
Care was fine, but the billing is very dishonest. Ascension's online estimator quoted $300, this aligned with my insurances's estimate as well. However, they failed to let us know they partner with EMS which charges additional fees. In total we paid almost $1000 out of pocket (after insurance adjustments) for a quick visit for some antibiotics.
