Like other comments said its a joke. the nurse did not swab me correctly and the doctor comes in and says you're negative and tells me " coughing isn't associated with strep throat in adults" yeah because I magically stop coughing when my throat is irritated with age. That's the first thing second thing she looks at my throat and says she doesn't see any white spots and it could have just been mucus that i saw, i looked when i got home and I can see with my eyes the little white patches I have on my throat. I was in sever pain from an abscess which was diagnosed and drained. The staff was very supportive, friendly, helpful. I was out of there in under a hour and was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation. Excellent work.
Melissa was a great nurse! Went in with broken toes and she was extremely careful and gentle with my care. Made sure that i understood everything i needed to know before leaving.
The best staff I ever encountered in an urgent care facility. Very caring and concerned about my health! Would highly recommend them!!
Literally the worst urgent care to go to. I have an extremely swollen lymph node on one side of my neck...they did 1 test (strep) and it came back negative and instead of doing more test to see what's going on they sent me home with nothing. Mind u iv had this going on for 4 days and its just getting bigger and bigger. They are telling Me its probably a cold. Iv had many colds and never have I ever had a lymph node swell like this. Its extremely painful. Something is wrong and they weren't listening!! I don't recommend this ... read more
