Not an urgent care. They’re about as urgent as a sloth lol don’t waste your time if you are in pain just go straight to the ER
I have been trying to get my medical records from them for 2 months. Every time I call they tell me the person who handles medical records isn’t there (even when I call when I’m told she would be there). I’ve tried calling them dozens of times, usually to be put on a hold that ends with voicemail. I leave messages and get no response. This is holding up a settlement for a car accident and is extremely unprofessional.
the wait here is super long when there is just one doctor. doctor was awesome
Dr. Tan is the first doctor I consider my doctor in my whole adult life. So sweet and caring for his patients. I started bringing my teenage daughter here and she loves him even more than I do! All the staff are super friendly, they have flexible hours and walk-ins available! Thank you guys for all you do! 🩷Maddie and Mia
