This review is for their COVID-19 testing. I made an appointment for 1:48pm, it is now 2:42pm and I am still waiting to be seen. They literally just hired ONE poor guy to test EVERYONE this whole day. (Huge shout-out to Brian btw) Management, why would you do this to him and all of your patients?! I started chatting with another patient and they've been waiting for an hour and half! What is the point of an appointment, if it isn't even remotely close to the time we are seen? Friendly staff. FYI to international travelers, rapid PCR tests are not done here where you need results same day or by next day at the latest.
