Front office confirmed they could do procedure before being seen. After payment, s a NP said they could not. I should have been informed. —Waste of time.
I wish I could give lower than one star. I took my daughter in for an xray. We waited for an hour. I asked how much longer it would be and they said that don’t actually do X-rays on the weekend. Never again.
Urgent Care was amazing today. My son whose autistic struggles with going to the Doctor. They were super patient with my son, and before I knew it, we were headed home. Thanks so much Urgent Care Now!!! I appreciate how fast and efficient the office operated getting us in,out, and back to feeling better 😊

I came in today to be seen for a chronic bladder condition I have. I was treated poorly the medical assistant was unprofessional and very dismissive her name was JJ I was stereotyped and not treated fairly. I asked what would the protocol be? Will the doctor have to be do an exam. Her response was “I don’t know I’m not the provider”.
