Was very impressed by the Respect, compassion and care I experienced and witnessed at this Urgent Care. Sure, I had to wait, but they triaged everyone carefully. So grateful that such a place exists in our area.
Tried to go to Dignity health amd was refused. Went to Urgent care now and was greeted by Ashlee who was absolutely the kindest freindliest person ever. Assured us everything would be ok and helped us through the entire process. The entire staff was kind and made us feel like they truly cared. I cant say enough about them.
I called to do a walk-in and Marla answered the phone, she was so helpful and made the process seems so easy I didn’t have to struggle and she let her team to help as well which was very nice of her.
I had a wonderful experience at Urgent Care Now. My son was sick, and Maral took such good care of him. She was truly an angel with her kindness, making my baby’s health her top priority. Maral was compassionate, patient, and very attentive to his needs. She explained everything clearly and helped put both of us at ease during a stressful time. I can’t say enough good things about the care my child received from Maral at Urgent Care Now. She was attentive, gentle, efficient, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire visit. Maral made sure we understood every step of the process and treated my child with such kindness that it immediately put both of us at ease. We truly appreciate her dedication and the excellent care she provided.
