The receptionist was on FaceTime almost the entire time I was there, the staff in the back spoke disparagingly about patients which was very easy and uncomfortable to hear while in the rooms. Overall unprofessional and unpleasant.
Terrible. I went to take my son to this location we were checked in at 12:20pm, they called him in around 1:10, the doctor didn’t come in until 1:45. No estimated waiting time or nothing, I had to go to the front to speak with the front desk and leave the door open just for the doctor to notice my son and I. In the meantime I’m watching her go into other patients rooms that came way after we checked in. Finally, when she came in, she started to check his vitals. She suggested an x-ray. Great workers,great with there patients,professional at there job,especially the manager,very respectful ,definitely would be coming back if i have any more issues.
This place has definitely gone downhill. My daughter was treated for stitches and the provider did not seem to know what she was doing. First she tried to pull a wood splinter out with her fingers instead of automatically getting tweezers to remove them. Then they washed her cut and didn’t explore more to see if there were any more splinters in there. She was stitched up and since then has had two splinters come out.
