Team were awesome, lady at checkin was nice and friendly. Dr Noor was awesome and connected well with me and very personable. Heward gave me a shot and did great job and vitals went well with Andrew. Hope I don't have go to urgent care but will go here if I need to! Thank you!
Doctor was unprofessional and yelling at the person I was with because they were asking for their advice on what medication they should pick. Very rude, they never answer their phone calls either, should be investigated
Went to this urgent care as I suspected I had broken or fractured a finger or two. After trying to work with the front desk in pain for an hour because they "couldn't look up my insurance" they finally took me back, only to tell me that I would have to go to their sister location in order to get an x-ray. Once I received an x-ray at the Madison location, they sent me home with a fingertip splint and no x-ray results until I got home. The entire staff is super helpful and kind! I was dealing with some asthma, and stopped by to be seen. They were very kind and helpful. I left feeling 100% better. They honestly kept me out of the hospital. Sent over a prescription for me and helped me with a breathing treatment! I highly recommend this place. 10/10
I suppose the Urgent Care took all the one stars to heart because I had an excellent experience today. It was organized, the receptionist was very nice, the asst and the doctor were great. I got what I needed quickly and yes, I'd go again if I needed to. Thank you.
