I don’t get why you’d work in the medical industry if taking care of people isn’t your priority. This is directed at the nursing staff out front and not the doctors.
The nurse in urgent care speaks before knowing correct information, bad information in general, and told me “there’s nothing we can do for you” instead of writing a simple prescription that the hospital did later with no problem. Definitely should not be working in healthcare if unable to provide care
Blood test at 8.15AM told to go home and rest we'll call with results.......never got a call.....called clinic to see what's up no one had a clue....test posted on portal page at 5.15PM with a 9.05AM test time....but no response from clinic 2 star is 2 too many.
