Received excellent service, first as a walk-in, then got my family doctor through them. Staff was prompt, and efficient. Since now have family Dr, see my Dr within 10 min of appt. time (not unusually to wait). Dr explained everything clearly in plain language.
This is the worst clinic to go to. I’ve had a ear infection now for 3 weeks, had to wait a week and a half for the doctor prescribed me antibiotics and transferred to shoppers drug mart, they couldn’t fill it because because the medication didn’t exist and called back for a new prescription and they wouldn’t give me one wanted to send me to a specialist. receptionist are rude, your better off going to emergency you will at least see a real doctor
I’m not sure if it’s an office clerk or nurse answering the phone, but I phoned today to ask a question at around 9am wether I could come in and get the medication I was on that I had run out of for my pain for my broken shoulder as my orthopaedic surgeons office is closed during the weekend and couldn’t get the refill from him. The woman basically jumped down my throat and said we don’t prescribe that here like she was giving me crap like how dare I ask her that question and I should know better . Staff are incredibly rude. I went in for assistance & hopefully insight on what was my best course of action & they were extremely rude & left me feeling more upset & confused then when I first arrived.
