Front desk ladies are extremely rude and unprofessional, acted like every person was wasting their time. Dismissed my issue and said it was my fault and that my crying should fix the issue
These are very inconsiderate people, they refuse to make me an appointment to get an emergency inhaler for my daughter.
We had a very frustrating experience. The nurse refused to clean a simple wound and instead directed us to the emergency room, claiming there was no wait time. We ended up waiting over 6 hours in the ER for something that could have been handled in just 10 minutes at the clinic. It felt like unnecessary passing of responsibility and showed a lack of care for the patient's time and comfort.
