We had a very frustrating experience. The nurse refused to clean a simple wound and instead directed us to the emergency room, claiming there was no wait time. We ended up waiting over 6 hours in the ER for something that could have been handled in just 10 minutes at the clinic. It felt like unnecessary passing of responsibility and showed a lack of care for the patient's time and comfort.
URGENT and PRIMARY are misnomers. Don't go here if you need urgent / primary medical assistance. EDIT: upgraded rating because there are certain use cases where a quick chat with a nurse at this location can save you time waiting at emergency. I still feel it shouldn’t be called Urgent Care because they ask you to call in for a telephone appointment. But they were able to get back to me in a few hours and resolve my concerns which prevented 8 hours in the ER.
I needed urgent help 8 months ago. The staff here were ALL very kind and very knowledgeable. They could tell I was in distress and they really helped me out. Even the security guard was helpful to open the door for me...so kind! I had to go there several times and I was never once disappointed with the help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I didn't actually GO into the clinic but had a Nurse call me to discuss my situation. She was professional, empathetic and was able to make a Doctor's appointment for me. Great follow-up as well.
