I find it amusing they only respond to positive reviews. Clearly still very poorly managed and staffed. Sad the taxpayer is funding such an abysmal excuse for health care Now they have deleted their original page to hide the negative reviews This is a duplicate review page trying to use fake positive reviews Please refer to the oldest pages reviews Horrible patient care shown by front desk representatives Horrible phone etiquette What a waste of taxpayer money Clearly needs a management and employee cleanup
Should not have urgent in the name,very unfriendly staff. Better off looking elsewere if you need any sort of medical attention
I am extremely disappointed with the care I received. I attended with a bloodshot eye producing pus, and the infection was already beginning to spread to my second eye. Despite having obvious symptoms of an infection, I was told by the nurse that it was simply allergies,even though I have no history of allergies whatsoever. When I tried to better understand her reasoning and explained that I had experienced an eye infection in the past and was prescribed antibiotic eye drops, she became defensive and accused me of being cond... read more
Tried calling multiple times between 2 and 3 PM on Monday ( extended hour day) and the phone line says that they’re closed and to call back during regular business hours.
