Came in approximately between 430-5pm on Friday Jan 30th. Immediately we were greeted by an older lady. Saying we have to fill out a form and we’ll be placed on stand by because they don’t take walk-in bookings. She stated we had to go back home and wait for the nurses call to advise if we need to comeback to be seen or go to emergency. My partner was on crutches and started filling out the form. Had an excellent experience yesterday at this facility. I had a minor surgery 10 days prior and was due to have the stitches removed. I called in just before 5pm, provided basic information and was asked to send in a photo of the incision location via text. I did as asked and a nurse called back within 15 minutes to complete the triage process. After speaking with a doctor, she was able to schedule me in for 6:30pm that very evening. Very positive experience from last time. The nurse practitioner and Dr. Dinsa were kind and did a through exam. Front office staff was good too
Very rude ladies at the front desk in the ER. Supposed to be first come first serve. They took everyone in but me. People who came in a hour after me went in before I did. I ended up leaving and will not go back.
I had a very positive experience at this urgent care. From the moment I arrived, the staff were kind, calm, and professional, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The medical team listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and treated me with compassion and respect.
