This is what I don't like - having recently been in an accident, I have received two calls from this establishment. Now I am told, that my accident report is public, which has enabled this establishment, & others, to obtain the information along with my home phone number. I am tired of it. Please stop calling. Should I have needed medical assistance I would've gone through my doctor. Are you in need of business that bad? So glad I did not give my cell number. Respect my privacy.

The staff at Center of Functional Wellness is very professional & caring staff. The office is warm & welcoming. The therapy provided at the office is very healing. You leave the office feeling a great deal better.
