I’m so disappointed with my experience at urge today. I go to urge 6 days a week and always have a great experience. The time I go to the gym there are no workers because it’s overnight. I always have an amazing experience. Today I went during the day while the staff was there. After I finished my hip thrust I did not rerack my weight before moving on. Labeling it “false/misleading information” is dismissive and reflects poor management. As a member for two years, I did not originally intend to cancel. My decision ultimately resulted from how a billing matter was handled at the club level. Prior to visiting the club, I contacted the billing company (ASF) directly to seek clarification regarding a $20 late fee. I was incurring late charges on my account that left me in confusion as the funds were still being withdrawn and I updated my billing information in the app upon expiration of my original form of payment. Managers always asking to give good reviews on Google and when you go to cancel your membership they will have all the excuses and bad tactics which will not let you cancel the membership in a smooth and a timely manner so that they can charge you extra money. If you love your hard earned money, they stay away from this gym
