This gym sucks. Machines are ok but Candence really ruins the experience. She has some nerve. Always rude talking down on people like she wasn’t once a fat ahhhh. I seen how she speaks to members and even other workers, it’s sickening. Surprised she even has a job still lol. I also find it funny every bad review is “spam” or something along those lines. No type of accountability at all. Would not recommend this gym to no one.

Urge Fitness is the worst gym I’ve ever dealt with. Their billing is a scam, money taken without clear explanation, and when you try to get answers, you’re met with nothing but attitude. Joe, in particular, was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. The way this place operates is beyond unprofessional and shady. I cannot believe they are still in business, and I would never recommend anyone waste their time or money here. Terrible place and people.
This organization lacks transparency in its membership terms and policies. The language is vague and can easily mislead consumers, resulting in unexpected charges. Greater accountability and clarity are needed in how services are structured and billed. Furthermore, the customer service is inadequate, making issue resolution unnecessarily difficult.
