I am new to the area and joined URFit a month and a half ago. URFit was exactly what I was looking for. Every class has been unique and provides the feeling of accomplishment. Gotta love the next day muscle soreness. The instructors are excellent and the classes are actually fun. Lots of talk and laughter… as well as getting a good workout! I actually look forward to class. Glad I found URFit!
The Sr. Fit classes, conducted by Alyssa, owner/instructor, are an excellent way to improve your balance, joint mobility and do some cardio. The group is very social and fun to be with. I've been going twice a week since fall 2023. So much happier here than at my previous work out places.
Alyssa is a terrific instructor. Anyone would be lucky to have her. The gym is great too. Love the atmosphere and the company is great! I recommend it wholeheartedly!
I started at Urfit almost 2 years ago and from the first time I stepped in there I loved it. The workouts are exactly what I need to build strength and get my cardio in. Each class incorporates new moves and fun themes to keep things challenging and interesting! But the best part is the community Alyssa built. All of the instructors and the other women working out are so friendly, it definitely helps make class fly by! Highly recommend to all fitness levels!
The individualized attention at URfit is what makes this the place for me. URfit coaches help their clients feel motivated, fit, strong, and powerful. The Cardio Chisel & Cardio Core classes are my favorite. All of the instructors bring something unique to the table which keeps things fun and challenging.
