I built 12 homes with last one in 2001 a parade of home winner. With the Wisconsin winters it always bugged me that the cold would transfer through the rim board and any moisture would condense and frost would be visable but you would have to pull the fiberglass insulation back to see it.We built last year and put foam on basement walls, sill boxes,and upstairs walls.
